So the first football Friday night of the season was a soggy one. Northeast Ohio was blasted with a series of storms and rain Friday afternoon into Friday evening. My first game was delayed because of lightning, and then postponed until Saturday because of another lightning strike.
So I went back this afternoon to cover the game before heading out to Cleveland to covering the second home pre-season Browns game. Let me tell you, I think all high school football should be played on Saturday afternoons just because the light is SO much nicer. It also helps too shooting with a 300mm lens too. I didn't want to drag it out in the rain last night, so I stuck to the work horse 80-200 lens. I am much happier with the images I got this afternoon then I did last night.
