Features for thought

Features have been an issue for me over the past week. Finding them hasn't been the issue, its actually having them run. I tried my hardest to steer away from the typical cute kid stuff, and what does my paper run in overwhelming fashion last week? Kids! Seriously, like every day.
Today, I got two, well three features that had zero kids in it. I get a phone call from the chief photog catching up on my day's progress, and what is the last thing he says to me in the snottiest tone ever, "Don't shoot kids anymore. [Editor's name] is sick of seeing kids." And thats the end of our conversation. Yeah, left me pissed off with a bitter taste in my mouth and spoiled my perfectly good day. Grrr!

Anyways, here are some of my features from the past week and a half. Not all of them ran (or at least not right away), but thats okay, that is what I have a blog for. :-)
