First Day on the Job

The first photo is an overview of the location where I took my feature photo today. I was pretty happy to get this photo because I only had an hour and a half to find something before it got dark (boo DST!). So, not too bad for my first day on the job with not a lot of daylight to work with. Tomorrow, I have one assignment in the late afternoon for a sports preview which means taking portraits of high school basketball players. Before that it will be mad hunting for features, so hopefully I can find someone doing something interesting around outside and its not raining to make an even better picture tomorrow.
